remember, bubble side down and take the cover off in the morning and put it back on at night, the blanket traps whatever heat you gained during the day. If you go away for a few days and leave the cover on you may come home to a green pool so be sure to remove it before you go.

Some pool stores want to sell you every chemical they have under their roof. Our policy is to ensure you have clean and healthy water. If you don't need it we won't sell it to you. Our chemicals are from Sani-Marc, a Canadian company and a leader in t he pool and spa chemical industry

We will remove the winter cover, remove the return plugs and re-install your jets' eyeballs, re-install the drain caps in the pump, heater and filter, re-install your ladder and diving board, shock the water, and remove the "gizzmo" in the skimmer if you had one. We start the pump if the water is at a high enough level to run off the skimmer otherwise we will pull from the main drain should you have one. We do not start the heater. If you have a solar system we will check to make sure there are no visible leaks. Openings do not include cleaning of the pool or equipment. Replacing broken or missing parts is not included in the price. Openings don't include balancing the chemistry of the water. If you have a salt pool, salt is $12 per bag extra. Never add water softener salt. Follow the salt system manufacturer's guide on how to clean the cell, always best to clean it thoroughly in the fall before closing. Remember, the cleaner you put your pool to bed, the cleaner it will be when it wakes up in the spring ! Bring a sample in to the store in a day or two for testing.
All openings must be pre-paid this year.

When we build your pool we guarantee the underground plumbing for a limited time and only if we do the openings and closings.
We reinforce the concrete decking with rebar but can not guarantee no cracking due to settling, etc.
Terms and conditions for repairs, openings, closings etc. are 30 days and 2% interest charged each month after that. Over 90 days, account goes to collection
